Rustam Turgunov appointed as the new Director of IT Park Capital

Following Jahongir Kagitov's transition to the position of Director for Export Development at IT Park Uzbekistan, Rustam Turgunov has been appointed as the Director of IT Park Capital.

Rustam Turgunov has progressed through the professional ranks within IT Park Capital since 2022, initially working as a Credit Inspector, where he gained practical experience in evaluating and structuring financial instruments for IT companies.

In 2024, he moved to the position of Chief Specialist in Analysis and Monitoring, where he was responsible for analytical support of the credit portfolio and assessing the effectiveness of implemented programs.

Since 2025, he has served as Deputy Director of IT Park Capital, overseeing key financial and strategic areas of the organization's activities, directly participating in the development of the product line and building client relationships.

Under the leadership of the new Director of IT Park Capital, the organization will continue its work on developing financial solutions for technology companies, contributing to strengthening Uzbekistan's position as one of the leading IT hubs in the region.

Among the priority areas are improving existing financing programs, launching new business support instruments, and developing partnerships with local and international organizations.
