RS Bootcamp launches a new generation of acceleration programs based on the AI tracker "Rozie"
RS Bootcamp is a venture studio and ecosystem that connects founders, investors, and large corporations. The company focuses on preparing startups for potential M&A deals.
RS Bootcamp announces the launch of a new acceleration format built around artificial intelligence. The key element of the program is the AI tracker Rozie — a tool that takes over a significant portion of the work traditionally performed by a human tracker in classic acceleration programs.
A New Generation of Acceleration
By design, the new format aims to replace outdated acceleration models that have remained largely unchanged in the Central Asian market for a long time. The program is designed to be scalable to venture funds and hubs across multiple countries in the region: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
Anuar Lenzat, Founder of RS Bootcamp
We have been in this market since 2019, and today I believe that the programs on the market are very outdated and require a review. A new generation of products and a new generation of founders have arrived — younger, more open to the global stage. We are adapting to the new era. We have created a new format where the entire acceleration program is built around AI and AI tools. But this is not AI for AI's sake — it is a transition to tools that truly align with how products and companies are built today. I believe this format will displace the old formats that have become obsolete.
First Pilot in Uzbekistan
A new program will soon launch in Uzbekistan, within which the first pilot launch of the product will take place. This will be the first test of the format in real-world conditions — with a sample of founders and a full cycle of work by the AI tracker Rozie.
Two AI Work Directions
Within the new format, the RS Bootcamp team is currently developing two key AI-related directions:
1. Vibe Coding — training on building functional prototypes without code using the stack Claude + Lovable + Vercel: rapid hypothesis testing and startup launch via AI. A separate module covers the limitations and common pitfalls of vibe coding — where it fails and how to address these issues.
2. Prompt Engineering for Founders — how to formulate tasks for AI so that it actually gets the work done, rather than producing fluff.
New Product Team
Alongside the launch of the new format, RS Bootcamp introduces an updated team. Managing the work of AI trackers operating on the new product will be our tracker, Akbota Musa, a former founder of an EdTech startup and an alumnus of Antler and 500 Global programs.
