Pro-Data provider launched a sovereign AI platform with servers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, ensuring data storage within the country. The platform includes Inference Studio for ready-made models, AI Lab for training on GPUs, and Agent Studio for creating agents. Available resources are certified according to ISO 27001:2022 with an SLA up to 99.9%.
Companies will be able to launch ready-made AI models, train and fine-tune them on their own data, and create agents while keeping data on servers within Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan.
Cloud provider Pro-Data has launched a sovereign AI platform for business. On it, companies can launch ready-made artificial intelligence models, test them, and connect them to their applications via API. They can also develop, train, and fine-tune their own AI solutions using the platform's GPU resources.
Servers are located in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: customer data is processed within the selected country and does not cross the border.
What is a sovereign cloud
A cloud is called sovereign if all its infrastructure is physically located in the customer's country and subject to its legislation. The difference from a foreign service is not in technology, but in jurisdiction: when servers are located abroad, a company's data falls under the legal framework of another state, and they are subject to requests, restrictions, and decisions that neither the customer nor the provider can influence.
This has become critical for AI precisely now. Models do not work with anonymized statistics, but with what constitutes the core of the business — customer inquiries, contracts, transactions, and call recordings. By sending such data to a foreign API, a company transfers it entirely and irreversibly to a foreign perimeter. A sovereign platform resolves this issue at the architecture level: training and inference occur on resources within the country, data remains under local regulation, and support, contracts, and billing operate within the local legal framework.
What the platform consists of
AI Platform is a catalog of ready-made models, an environment for experiments, and a GPU environment for developing AI solutions. Later, tools for creating AI agents for multi-step tasks and working with external systems will appear on the platform.
- Inference Studio — a catalog of ready-made models, a Playground for experiments, and API access. Supports inference, streaming, function calling, structured output, and monitoring.
- AI Lab — a development and training environment: Jupyter, VS Code, GPU containers, custom Docker environments, and ML frameworks. Here, models are fine-tuned on your own data.
- Agent Studio — a visual agent builder with scenario templates and integration into corporate systems. This component will be released later.
Access formats for resources
Computing resources are provided in three formats — from experimentation to a fully isolated perimeter. The On-Demand mode works with hourly billing: you can test models on GPUs without major investments in equipment, select the required configuration, and only then move to a dedicated perimeter.

Examples of solutions that can be implemented on the platform:
— support assistant — responds to customer inquiries and finds answers in the company's internal knowledge base
— document processing — extracts data from invoices and primary documents, classifies incoming requests, and condenses long texts to the essence
— developer assistant — generates and refactors code, writes automated tests on an isolated perimeter where source code does not leave
— speech analytics — recognizes speech in real time, transcribes calls, and shows what customers ask about most often
— scoring model — assesses risks and creditworthiness without releasing customer data outside the perimeter
— batch processing — processes accumulated data arrays and fine-tunes models during off-peak hours at a more favorable price.
Data, infrastructure, and certification
Physical server placement in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is a mandatory requirement for sensitive industries. Data does not leave the country and is processed in accordance with local legislation. The proximity of infrastructure additionally reduces latency, which is critical for voice scenarios and scoring during a transaction.
Equipment is located in data centers of Tier III level. Availability according to SLA is up to 99.9%. The infrastructure is certified according to ISO 27001:2022. Technical support operates around the clock.
