Together with the Department of State Revenues, the Single Operator conducted training seminars on working in the digital marking system for representatives of wholesale and retail tobacco trade in 18 cities of Kazakhstan. Over two months, more than 800 entrepreneurs, accountants, and representatives of unified groups attended the training seminars. You can find out how the events went in each city on the @markirovkakz Instagram page.

During the seminars, participants were informed about how to work in the information system for marking and traceability of goods, and were trained in using the Naqty Sauda Akt mobile business application, which allows entrepreneurs to receive and confirm documents via their phones.

There are three mobile applications in the digital marking ecosystem: Naqty Onim for consumers, which provides all information about marked products; Naqty Sauda Kassa for retail without the ability to purchase a 2D scanner; and Naqty Sauda Akt for businesses, which allows confirmation and rejection of transfer acts.

During the training, speakers also presented the "Automatic Disposal" service, which allows entrepreneurs to confirm transfer acts through simplified functionality with automatic disposal of marking codes.

The seminars were held in Petropavlovsk, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Uralsk, Kyzylorda, Turkistan, Shymkent, Taraz, Karaganda, Astana, Almaty, Taldykorgan, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey, and Pavlodar.

Representatives of the Single Operator received proposals from seminar participants for system optimization, personally processing each request.

Additionally, the Single Operator called on the IT community of Kazakhstan to jointly develop the digital marking ecosystem to make the process as comfortable and adaptable for business as possible. Currently, meetings with IT companies are being held, and plans for system integration are being developed.
