OyLab has announced the launch of its second startup battle for school students — a large-scale event that gives teenagers the opportunity to try themselves as founders and gain experience in receiving live feedback from experts.
The first battle took place on April 27, 2025, and brought together more than 250 participants from all corners of Kazakhstan. The final round was held at Most Hub, where the top 10 teams presented their ideas to the jury, exchanged experiences, and drew inspiration from the community atmosphere. The prize fund amounted to 300,000 tenge, and each coffee break turned into active networking.
Now OyLab is preparing a new round. Registration for the second battle is open and will last until August 9. School students from grades 7 to 12 from any region of the country are invited to participate. The format of participation is teams of one to five people. The entry fee is 2,000 tenge per team.
This year, participants will have the opportunity to attend a lecture by a Stanford University professor dedicated to startups and the development of entrepreneurial thinking. Finalists will be able to compete for a prize fund of 150,000 tenge, as well as receive valuable prizes from partners — Smartestprep and Eurasian Startup Hub.
