Uzbekistan-based startup OX System has signed a partnership with Meta Mode and is expanding into Turkey and the Middle East.
The IT Park Ventures portfolio startup OX System has announced a strategic partnership with international retail holding company Meta Mode. As part of the collaboration, more than 2,000 retail outlets of the holding company will be transitioned to the unified OX System operational platform for managing sales, warehouse logistics, customer data, and online channels. The agreement marks an important stage in the company’s international expansion and opens up access to the markets of Turkey and the Middle East for OX System.
Over more than 13 years of development, OX System has become one of the leading retail-tech platforms in the region. Today, the company’s solutions are used in more than 5,000 retail outlets in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and other CIS countries.
Meta Mode is an international holding company with nearly 30 years of history, developing franchises of well-known global brands, including Mango, LC Waikiki, Diesel, United Colors of Benetton, Sisley, Geox, Boggi Milano, Furla, Women'Secret, and the Paul café chain. The company operates in the markets of the Middle East, Central Asia, and Turkey.
The key advantage of OX System is its unified ecosystem for managing retail business. The platform integrates a POS system, warehouse management, CRM, loyalty programs, e-commerce, payment services, and analytics into a single framework, enabling efficient management of both online and offline processes.
Aziz Zakirkhadzhaev, CEO of OX System
The choice of the platform by an international holding confirms the demand for comprehensive technological solutions capable of scaling with the business and adapting to the requirements of various markets.
The partnership with Meta Mode has become an important step not only for the company itself but also for the entire regional technological ecosystem. This case demonstrates that startups from Central Asia are capable of successfully competing in the international market and offering world-class solutions.
Recall that in January 2026, OX Group attracted investments from IT Park Ventures and United Ventures funds totaling $900,000. As part of the round, IT Park Ventures invested $400,000. Just a few months later, the company is demonstrating results of international scaling, confirming the high potential of technological products created in Uzbekistan.
