Applications are now open for startups from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to participate in WAIC 2026 in Shanghai.

IT Park Uzbekistan is selecting startups to participate in the World Artificial Intelligence Conference — WAIC 2026, one of the largest AI events in the world. The event will take place from July 17 to 20 in Shanghai.

As part of their participation, startups will receive a place in the national pavilion of Uzbekistan, access to more than 140 forums, exhibitions, and pitch sessions, B2B meetings with international companies and investors, as well as networking opportunities with more than 200 investors.

Applications are accepted from IT Park Uzbekistan residents working in the fields of AI, robotics, SaaS, and deep technologies, as well as from companies already present in the Chinese and Asian markets or planning to enter them.

The application deadline is June 29, 2026.

Astana Hub, together with Khan Tengri Innovation Hub, is also opening the selection of Kazakh startups for WAIC 2026. The selection is conducted through two tracks: participation at the WAIC booth for Astana Hub residents and inclusion in the official business delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
