How the new Tax Code changed the rules of the game: a Bitrix24 webinar for businesses in Kazakhstan
Bitrix24 Kazakhstan organized a webinar for its partners dedicated to changes in Kazakhstan's tax legislation. The event took place on February 17, 2026, in an online format. Participants included system integrators, business leaders, and owners.
Bitrix24 in Kazakhstan strives to contribute to the development of the professional IT market. To this end, the company conducts 10–15 educational events per year — webinars, meetups, motivational events — and plans to increase the number of events as part of the opening of the Higher School of Integrators.
The need for this webinar arose when a new Tax Code came into force in Kazakhstan on January 1, 2026, significantly changing the rules of business operations. Already on January 2, intense discussions began in integrator chats. Partners required a detailed explanation of key innovations in tax legislation, including new reporting requirements, income taxation, and the application of tax benefits.
The speaker of the webinar “New Tax Legislation of Kazakhstan — 2026” was Konstantin Konkov, an auditor and certified instructor, who spoke about the specifics of applying pricing policies and VAT in Kazakhstan and other countries. He also analyzed common pricing mistakes.
The second speaker was Lolita Zakirova, a Kazakhstani entrepreneur and expert in finance, taxation, and auditing, director of the company Axisа. She is well known to a wide range of professionals through her blog on Instagram, where she shares advice on taxes and accounting.

The expert discussed practical aspects of the changes and shared real-life cases and calculation formulas. The new tax code contains 848 articles, and, according to Zakirova, it took three months to study the document and prepare the materials.

Entrepreneurs have many questions about how to organize accounting now. I believe that any owner and manager should possess basic knowledge of accounting and understand fundamental concepts that enable informed decision-making.
In Kazakhstani business practice, there is a common belief that if you operate under the general tax regime, you already have a substantial company. Therefore, if an entrepreneur plans to pursue high-value transactions or participate in tenders, I recommend calculating the tax implications of the general regime. Ultimately, the buyer decides. If they choose not to work with those on a simplified tax regime, you will fall outside their sphere of interest.
Participants actively asked questions in the chat and received prompt responses in real time.
Webinar experts:
— emphasized practical recommendations to help businesses adapt to new conditions
— shared checklists for primary documents and information about penalties in accounting and tax reporting
— provided advice on optimizing tax burdens, preventing errors in reporting, and effectively interacting with tax authorities.
The webinar “New Tax Legislation of Kazakhstan — 2026” became an important platform for exchanging knowledge and experience, and helped participants prepare for changes in tax legislation.
