How iSistant creates infrastructure for risk assessment and capital attraction in e-commerce
Traditional banks evaluate a seller's past based on tax returns and credit history from three months ago. iSistant, on the other hand, analyzes more than 50 signals from marketplace APIs in real time — from hourly inventory dynamics to customer review sentiment. The startup transforms marketplace data into a signal for investors and builds infrastructure where business growth becomes predictable and manageable. iSistant helps sellers obtain financing, while enabling investors to reduce risks and make faster, more accurate decisions.
Sellers’ and Investors’ Challenges
Despite the fact that global e-commerce has grown by approximately 35% over the past five years and reached a volume of $6.8 trillion by 2025, the industry still faces structural problems. Entrepreneurs worldwide feel the limited access to investment capital that would allow them to scale. Even growing and profitable projects often struggle to attract funding because marketplace business data is not perceived as a reliable signal for investors and creditors. This situation remains a global issue affecting sellers regardless of geography and market economic maturity.

After our market research, it became clear that the key problems of sellers and creditors converge around accurate data and investment risk management.
For sellers, the main barrier is the lack of accurate and interpretable analytics on the basis of which managerial decisions can be made and business sustainability proven. The second problem is limited funding sources, since current data is not considered sufficient grounds for attracting capital.
From the investors’ side, the situation is mirrored: there is capital and interest in e-commerce, but there is a lack of confidence in how to assess risks and reduce the probability of default. Traditional bank underwriting takes up to two weeks and requires about $2,000 in operational costs per deal.
Against this backdrop, AI Core iSistant makes a decision within 15 minutes with accuracy surpassing human performance and reduces the cost of risk assessment by 95%, making financing faster and more scalable.
Market and Existing Solutions
Today, applications and services are already appearing on the market that offer investment based on marketplace analytics, especially in the US and Europe, but they lack systematicity and investor trust to become a sustainable mechanism.

We are building iSistant as a working product at the intersection of three areas of the digital economy: artificial intelligence, financial technology, and e-commerce. Our product has already entered the Kyrgyz market in March 2025 and shows good growth results.
How iSistant Works
Today, iSistant is a full-fledged product whose architecture was initially designed infrastructurally:
- Financial Analytics — helps e-commerce entrepreneurs understand their data and view it in real time.
- Signal for Investors — data is transformed into a recognized signal for financial institutions.
- Individual Credit Rating — based on AI and expert evaluation by analysts, which allows building systemic financing mechanisms that work systematically rather than point-by-point.

We turn “dead” inventory into a liquid asset. Our AI is not just scoring; it is dynamic risk management that sees default 15 days before the bank notices it, thanks to direct access to the “digital pulse” of the business.
While banks read yesterday’s newspapers, our AI analyzes today’s business pulse. We eliminate information asymmetry, turning risk into mathematical certainty.
iSistant stops being just an analytical tool and becomes infrastructure between business data, risks, and capital. The goal of iSistant is to create an environment where data confirms business potential, capital moves faster and with manageable risk, and growth becomes predictable.

Achievements
In the summer of 2025, the project completed the Accelerate Prosperity program in Bishkek, where the team focused on forming an infrastructure layer for e-commerce.
In November 2025, Kylych Kutaliev participated in the Dive Silicon Valley program by HTP Kyrgyz Republic and Olive Startup House in Palo Alto, USA. Participation in the program allowed him to become a resident at startup events, undergo training for project development, locally assess the product’s potential, and expand the network of partners and investors.
After successful model validation in Central Asia and an internship in Silicon Valley, iSistant is opening an investment round. The project is open to collaboration with venture partners from the US and regional funds from Central Asia and the Caucasus that specialize at the intersection of AI and FinTech and are ready to support the creation of global infrastructure for e-commerce.
Plans

In 2026, we plan to launch iSistant in the US market. For us, this is not just geographic expansion — we are creating global infrastructure for e-commerce, where data becomes a universal language of trust between sellers and investors.
