About Us
Dadamukhammad and Sevara. We met online. It started as ordinary communication that gradually grew into something much deeper. From the very beginning, we easily found common ground, shared values, and life perspectives. Everything developed calmly and naturally—without rushing, but with a clear understanding that we were moving in the same direction.
How We Entered the IT Field
Dadamukhammad. I entered IT through entrepreneurship and creating my own products. It has always been important to me not just to work within a system, but to build it—processes, teams, and solutions. The format of work is flexible and project-based, where results matter more than a formal schedule. Over time, my wife began helping with marketing and organization, which became an organic part of our shared professional life.
Sevara. Initially, I worked as a marketer in the beauty industry. Then I started simply helping with marketing and organizational tasks, although I understood almost nothing about IT at that time. Gradually, I got involved, learned the processes, and it became my main job.

Distribution of Responsibilities
Sevara. We do not have a rigid distribution of roles or household chores: whoever is freer takes on domestic tasks. We love doing many things together, even cooking; our favorite dish is pasta. We most often improvise with classic recipes, and every time it turns out very delicious. We value free time for simple moments—shared dinners, walks, and conversations.
Family Traditions
Dadamukhammad. Our traditions are more like the internal culture of our family. We try to always sit at the table together, find time for each other, and speak honestly. The foundation of our relationship is respect, attention, and support. These values have been with us from the very beginning.
Sevara. Our family traditions are more like basic habits established from the first days of marriage: having dinner together, regularly making time for each other, and honestly discussing important matters.

Combining Household and Work
Dadamukhammad. Combining IT work with managing the household and family is not easy, and requirements change at different stages. IT and startups require a lot of energy, especially during the growth phase. But now, when my wife's focus has shifted to motherhood, it is important for me to be a support both in household matters and emotionally. This is a natural stage that teaches prioritization.
Sevara. Previously, combining work and personal life was quite easy for me. I even worked almost until the eighth month of pregnancy and felt comfortable.
Now my main role is being a mother, and I will honestly say, this is the most difficult job in life. I sometimes miss the work rhythm and tasks, but I understand that I am now occupied with truly important matters.

Recommendations for a Happy Family Life
Sevara. It is important to respect each other. Without respect, there will be neither love nor value. And as I said earlier, honest conversations and the ability to find compromises in contentious moments are necessary.
Dadamukhammad. The main thing is respect. Without it, neither love nor partnership works. It is important to be able to speak honestly, listen to each other, and seek compromise. A family is a team where the goal is not to win an argument, but to preserve the relationship.

How IT Families Differ from Others
Dadamukhammad and Sevara. IT families differ in the rhythm of life. We more often discuss tasks, ideas, and deadlines—sometimes even during dinner. In our family, the word "deadline" is heard more often than "what to cook." But otherwise, we are an ordinary family where the main things are trust, support, and moving forward together.
