IT Park Ventures and MOST Investment will create a joint venture fund in Uzbekistan

At the TIIF 2026 event, IT Park Ventures and MOST Investment signed a memorandum of cooperation, which provides for the launch of a joint venture fund in Uzbekistan. The document was signed by Dalerkhon Nodirov, Director of IT Park Ventures, and Alim Khamitov, General Partner of MOST Investment.

The fund will focus on identifying and supporting promising startups, attracting regional and international investments, and facilitating the growth of technology companies. The parties aim to combine their expertise, international connections, and experience to identify and develop a new generation of innovative companies in the region.

The agreement also covers joint investments, knowledge exchange in fund and portfolio company management, industry events, educational programs, and pitch sessions. A separate area of focus is assisting startups in entering international markets and expanding their access to global investors.

According to the parties' expectations, the partnership will serve as a catalyst for the development of cross-border venture financing, open new opportunities for founders and investors, and strengthen the innovation ecosystem of Central Asia.
