IT Park Uzbekistan has announced a competition for investors as part of infrastructure expansion.

IT-Park announces an open competition for the selection of local and foreign investors to implement investment projects as part of the next stage of development of the IT-Park complex.

The competition is conducted in accordance with Resolution No. 965 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 3, 2019, as well as in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main goal of the competition is to create modern, innovative, and highly efficient infrastructure facilities within the IT-Park territory, develop the information technology sector, create new jobs, and attract investments.

Local and foreign legal entities interested in implementing projects in the field of development, engineering, creation of information and communication technology infrastructure, and carrying out investment projects may participate in the competition.

A competition participant must:
— be a legal entity operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
— have the right to conclude and execute an investment agreement
— have sufficient financial, technical, and organizational resources to implement the project
— not be in the process of bankruptcy or liquidation
— not have overdue debt to the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and state target funds
— not be subject to restrictions related to corruption and conflict of interest.

Composition of the competitive proposal

Competition participants submit the following documents:
— a list of documents prepared in accordance with the requirements of this competition documentation
— an application for participation in the competition, formatted in accordance with the requirements of this competition documentation
— a participant questionnaire
— a competitive proposal
— documents confirming the participant's compliance with the requirements of this competition documentation
— a copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee
— a certificate or guarantee letter confirming that no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the competition participant, as well as that they are not in the process of liquidation or reorganization
— a certificate confirming the absence of overdue debt on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget.

All the above-mentioned documents must be submitted by the competition participant as part of the Application. Competitive proposals are submitted in one copy in a sealed envelope.

The envelope must indicate the following information: the name of the participant, the name of the project, contact details, and the inscription: "For the investor selection competition."

Documents are accepted on working days from 10:00 to 17:00.
