IT Park Uzbekistan is partnering with Chinese counterparts to develop IT infrastructure.

As part of a working visit by the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation to Hong Kong and Shanghai, Azamat Karamatov, General Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, held a series of meetings with representatives of leading Chinese financial and infrastructure organizations, focusing on the development of joint investment projects and modern IT infrastructure in Uzbekistan.

During the visit, a meeting took place with Wu Hao, Head of the Global Financial Services Center at the Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank, during which issues of financing infrastructure projects and further development of cooperation were discussed. Negotiations also took place with Yu Yuanxin, Director of International Business at Shanghai Construction Group, focusing on the implementation of joint projects in the field of constructing modern technological infrastructure.

One of the key outcomes of the visit was the signing of a document outlining the main terms of financing between IT Park Uzbekistan and China Construction Bank. The document was signed by Azamat Karamatov, General Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Wu Hao, Head of the Shanghai Global Financial Services Center of China Construction Bank.

The signed document defines the main terms for organizing financing for projects to build regional complexes of IT Park Uzbekistan, implemented jointly with Shanghai Construction Group.

The project involves the creation of modern IT Park Uzbekistan complexes in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The new facilities will become centers for the development of technological entrepreneurship, support for startups, training of qualified IT specialists, and the creation of modern infrastructure for domestic and international technology companies.
