From September 22 to 25, ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026 will take place at CAEx in Tashkent. This year, special attention will be paid to technological entrepreneurship, the venture market, and international scaling. Local and foreign founders, funds, business angels, representatives of global tech companies, and industry experts will gather on the premises for networking and experience sharing.
On September 22, the Startup & Venture Summit will take place — the central event for founders, investors, and representatives of the startup ecosystem, where they will discuss the growth of local startups, capital attraction, international scaling, and the role of the state and private investors in the development of the ecosystem. The summit will set the main topics for the entire startup program of the week.
On September 23, the Enterprise Uzbekistan Summit will take place, dedicated to the development of Uzbekistan as a technological jurisdiction — legal certainty, institutional infrastructure, and conditions for attracting international companies and investments, with keynotes from EY and BDO, a fireside chat with the participation of IT Park Uzbekistan and Enterprise Uzbekistan, and a panel discussion “Rethinking Jurisdictions for the Global Technology Economy.” On the same day, StartupBlink together with IT Park Uzbekistan will hold the Global Startup Ecosystem Awards — a ceremony honoring cities, countries, and regions with high results in the global StartupBlink rankings, followed by a panel discussion Best Practices in Startup Ecosystem Development.
On September 24, the regional final of the Startup World Cup will take place — the best startups will present live pitches to an international jury and venture partners, and the winner will continue the fight for a $1 million investment prize in the global final in San Francisco. Also on September 24, the AI Native: Ideas to Innovation program will take place — a program about the transition from AI ideas to working products, covering LLMs, cloud technologies, multilingual AI, robotics, AI agents, business automation, as well as AI education, hackathons, and career paths for young specialists.
On September 25, the AWS Community Day Uzbekistan will take place — about AWS technologies, cloud solutions, and issues of infrastructure, performance, and reliability when scaling a product. On the same day, the Ignyte AI Challenge will take place — pitches of startup teams with AI solutions before international experts — and TAQDIMOT — Startup Show & Pitch Battle, concluding the startup program with short presentations and a pitch battle before a professional audience.
In addition to the startup block, the ICT Week 2026 program includes the AI Forum, Fintech Forum, Tech & Service Outsourcing Conference, Uzbek-Japan Digital Community Forum, OTS Technology Forum, GameGap: GameDev Conference, Sabriya: Women in Digital Economy, and the Uzbekistan-Middle East Tech Summit, covering artificial intelligence, fintech, enterprise technologies, cloud infrastructure, outsourcing, game development, and international technological cooperation.
