It was clear from the start that the format had generated significant interest among participants. The program for the second event included a comprehensive agenda focused on practical experience and was dedicated to the theme "Find Your Path in Technology," emphasizing that there is no single recipe for success in IT—every path is unique.

I see that the number of women in IT is growing every year, and our task is to help women understand that today, IT is not just about development. There are many related professions that involve various fields combined with technology as a tool.

The program included an introduction to the Women in Tech community and its opportunities for professional development, discussions of the barriers faced by women starting their journey in STEM fields, career prospects in the era of AI, and the role of women in the development of space technologies.

Zarina Lukmanova, Director of School 21, and students held a panel discussion, sharing personal stories and learning experiences, demonstrating practical ways to enter the IT field with different backgrounds.

As part of the event, the official trailer for the documentary film Ayol Yo‘li. Episode 2 was screened. The film is dedicated to three heroines from different regions of Uzbekistan who overcome challenges on their path to careers in technology. E'zoza Ergasheva, a protagonist of the film, made her first stage appearance with a talk on the role of women in space technologies and their contribution to the sustainable development of the Earth.
