The business of the future starts with the customer: what will happen at Kazakhstan Growth Forum 2025

Customer centricity is no longer just a trend, but the foundation for sustainable growth. This theme will be the focus of the Kazakhstan Growth Forum, K25, which will take place on September 24, 2025, in Almaty. The forum will bring together business leaders, investors, economists, and strategists from across the country.

The forum will open with a session dedicated to assessing the current situation: How has consumer demand changed in 2024–2025? How realistic are the previous strategic targets for 2030 and 2050? What new consumption patterns are already influencing business today?

The second forum session focuses on the practical aspects of strategic planning. Renowned business leaders will address questions such as: How to transform an organization to a new logic—from product-centric to customer-centric? Which decisions regarding structure, analytics, IT, and finance ensure flexibility and adaptability? Which industries in Kazakhstan and the region possess the greatest unrealized potential?

The forum sessions will help participants answer the question: What steps ensure growth in times of change?

The final block of the forum is dedicated to those responsible for strategy implementation.

The discussion will cover new requirements for leaders: Which management model is effective today? Who should be the driver of transformation—the CEO, owners, product teams, or analysts? How to build a system where a leader not only controls but also synchronizes the company’s goals, actions, and values?

For the first time, practical tracks for C-level leaders—CMO, CFO, CIO, CHRO—will be offered, focusing on how to turn strategy into tangible results. Additionally, the forum will feature a C-Mentoring format—individual sessions with experienced executives and practitioners.
