BI Group, together with Most IT Hub Almaty, is launching a new project — BI Synergy Sprint, a unique platform for finding startups and technology companies ready to offer advanced solutions for modernizing the construction industry and improving comfort in residential complexes. The program aims to develop new technologies that will enhance the company's operational efficiency and open up new growth points for the industry.

BI Synergy Sprint focuses on finding solutions in the following key areas:

1. Living services to improve the quality of life in residential complexes

2. Innovative building materials and furniture for more comfortable and durable construction

3. Smart home management systems to enhance security and convenience

4. Modern architecture and construction — from eco-materials to innovative technologies

5. Advanced design and planning for aesthetics and functionality

6. Optimization of procurement and logistics for more efficient use of resources

7. New sales and marketing strategies for customer engagement

8. Finishing and renovation using modern solutions

9. Corporate education and HR technologies for staff growth and training

10. Artificial intelligence in construction processes to improve accuracy and efficiency

11. Seismic-resistant technologies and construction.

Stages of BI Synergy Sprint:

— application collection: until November 5

— preliminary selection: based on the results of online presentations

— Demo Day: demonstration of finalists' projects and determination of winners.

Finalists of BI Synergy Sprint will be able to choose one of three partnership formats:

1. Integration into the BI Group ecosystem through the BIG App to provide their services to the company's clients

2. Launching a joint project

3. Attracting investment from BI Group to develop and scale their solutions.
