Astana Hub, IT Park Uzbekistan, and Eurasia Growth Hub have agreed to support startups in expanding abroad.

At the international technology forum AI & Digital Bridge 2026, Astana Hub, IT Park Uzbekistan, and Eurasia Growth Hub signed a memorandum of cooperation. The partnership will help technology companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan find customers, investors, and business partners abroad.

The document was signed by Magzhan Madiev, CEO of Astana Hub; Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan; and Muzaffar Karabaev, CEO of Eurasia Growth Hub.

The parties plan to hold joint forums, webinars, business missions, and B2B meetings, as well as strengthen ties between the startup ecosystems of the two countries. Companies will be able to establish contacts with potential clients, strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, investors, and accelerators.

One of the areas of cooperation will be supporting Kazakh and Uzbek startups in entering the UK and other markets through Eurasia Growth Hub. The partners will consider the creation of soft landing mechanisms, including assistance in market research, business development, and resolving operational issues.

Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have strong technology teams and talented entrepreneurs. Together with IT Park Uzbekistan, we want to help them enter international markets, find clients and partners, and develop their products. By combining the opportunities of both ecosystems and our international partners, we are creating conditions for more companies from the region to scale beyond their domestic markets.

The memorandum also provides for joint initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence and research and development. These include knowledge exchange, pilot projects, mentoring programs, and interaction between technology companies and scientific and educational organizations.

AI & Digital Bridge 2026 took place within the framework of the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in Kazakhstan and became the central international event of AI MONTH — a month of events uniting initiatives in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital technologies, entrepreneurship, and human capital development.
