Alif launched Apple Pay for holders of international cards
Holders of international cards issued by Alif now have the opportunity to use Apple Pay — a simple, secure, and personal payment tool that completely transforms the mobile payments landscape by offering speed and convenience.
Safety and privacy are at the core of Apple Pay. When you add a credit or debit card to Apple Pay, the actual card number is not stored on your device or on Apple's servers. Instead, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, which is encrypted and securely stored in the Secure Element chip of your device. Each transaction is authorized using a unique, dynamic one-time code.
Apple Pay is easy to set up: customers can add a credit or debit card through the Wallet app. You can pay with Apple Pay in stores using iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and later models, as well as Apple Watch.
Apple Pay allows you to make purchases in apps and on websites with a simple touch of your finger to Touch ID or a double-click of the side button and a glance at iPhone X to confirm the transaction via Face ID. There is no longer any need to manually fill out large forms with contact details or re-enter shipping and billing information. When paying for purchases in apps or in Safari, Apple Pay works on iPhone 6 and later models, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3 and later models. You can also use Apple Pay in the Safari browser on any Mac manufactured in 2012 or later running macOS Sierra, confirming payments from your iPhone 6 or later model, directly from Apple Watch, or by touching your finger to Touch ID on newer MacBook Pro models.
