Opportunities for Women in Central Asia and the Caucasus for October 2026

We have compiled educational programs for women who want to advance their careers, start their own business, or master digital technologies. The selection includes free courses on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and IT, as well as programs supporting women’s businesses.

Career Workshop Own Your Career. Own Your Story
A free interactive workshop for students and professionals with varying levels of work experience. Participants will be able to identify their strengths, plan their next career steps, and improve their resumes and LinkedIn profiles. The program includes resume reviews, Q&A sessions with HR experts, networking, and practical materials.

Turkish Forum 2026
An international program aimed at fostering cooperation among Turkic countries in the fields of technology, industry, entrepreneurship, and education. Participants will have the opportunity to present innovative projects, receive feedback from experts, find partners, and explore the industrial and technological ecosystem of Ankara. The program includes educational sessions, mentoring, networking, and company visits.

AI for Her
An online course by Women in Tech Kazakhstan focused on applying AI in work and daily tasks. Participants will get acquainted with ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, and Grok, learn to create AI assistants, produce content, and use tools for data analysis. Registration on the Polytechonline educational platform is required for access. 

Aman Bol
A free educational course by Women in Tech Kazakhstan helps participants understand account protection, passwords, and personal data security. The program consists of ten modules covering topics such as internet fraud, digital footprints, and stalking. Materials are available online.

Her Digital Skills
An educational program by the International Telecommunication Union for women aged 16 and above. Participants can learn the basics of computer usage, internet security, office software, digital marketing, and website creation. Upon completion, participants can receive a digital badge.

UNIDOO
A free online course by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization helps women entrepreneurs and managers master digital tools for business management. The course is self-paced, and a Russian-language version is available. 

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women
A free online program for entrepreneurs from around the world. Courses cover business management, finance, marketing, negotiations, and operational processes. Instruction is available in English and other languages, and participants can choose individual courses based on their specific needs.

SheTrades Academy
An educational platform by the International Trade Centre offering courses and webinars on entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and international trade. The catalog includes materials in Russian. Conditions and availability of individual courses should be verified in the program details.

EMPOWER 
An educational platform helping women in Uzbekistan develop skills necessary for launching and running a business. Courses cover business idea development, marketing, product creation, and financial management. The project is supported by the Erasmus+ program.

She’s Next
An initiative by Visa and Halyk Bank that helps women launch and grow their businesses. In the fifth wave, participants can undergo training, attend webinars, and submit a business plan for a competition. To participate, applicants must review the conditions on the official website. Registration is open until November 22.
