The national online rounds of the largest startup competition in Central Eurasia — Road to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield — are starting.
On July 6, the Online National Competition — the national online rounds of the international Road to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield contest — will kick off. This competition brings together the most promising tech startups from around the world and offers a direct path to one of the most prestigious global startup stages — TechCrunch Startup Battlefield in San Francisco.
This year, the contest has demonstrated record-breaking international interest. A total of 722 applications were submitted from 38 countries, covering Central Asia, the Caucasus, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South Asia, and other regions. This scale makes Road to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield the largest international startup pitching competition in the region, uniting founders of innovative companies, investors, and representatives of the global tech ecosystem.
The next stage will feature national qualifying rounds, where startups will present their projects to an international expert jury. The jury includes representatives of leading tech organizations, innovation hubs, venture funds, accelerators, and industry media, who will evaluate projects based on several key criteria: innovation, market potential, product quality, business model, team, and investment appeal.
At the end of the national stages, the top teams will advance to the regional finals, and the three strongest startups will earn the opportunity to present their projects at TechCrunch Startup Battlefield — one of the world’s most renowned platforms for tech companies, held annually in San Francisco and attracting leading global investors, entrepreneurs, and representatives of major tech firms.
In addition to gaining access to the global stage, winners will receive a comprehensive support package, including:
— direct qualification to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield
— a fully funded trip to the United States
— investments totaling $100,000
— credits from OpenAI and other leading tech partners
— access to an international network of investors, corporate partners, and startup support programs.
The national online rounds will be held by country, according to a pre-published schedule. Participants have already been assigned to their respective national tracks and will compete over the coming weeks to advance to the next stage of the contest.
All pitch sessions will be broadcast live daily from July 6 to July 20 on the The Tech YouTube channel. Viewers will be able to watch startup presentations, hear feedback from the international jury, and discover innovative ideas capable of transforming various economic sectors.
Road to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield continues to build the largest international community of tech entrepreneurs in the region, providing startups with the opportunity to enter the global market, attract investment, and become part of the global innovation ecosystem. Starting July 6, the attention of the international tech community will be focused on new projects that could become the next global success stories.
