Overview of IT Accelerators in Kazakhstan: AI'preneurs, RS Bootcamp, MOST Business Intelligence
In Kazakhstan, programs that help technological teams move from the idea stage to market launch operate through state technoparks, private venture funds, and university ecosystems. The review includes programs that ran streams in 2025–2026 and were open to Kazakhstani teams.
AI'preneurs
A program by Astana Hub for building startups in the field of artificial intelligence. Participants join through individual applications, and teams are formed during the program: first, a four-week Founder Lab phase, followed by a 10-week Core Accelerator focused on hypothesis testing and MVP development. In the first three streams, 960 applications were received, 79 participants graduated, 35 teams were formed, and pre-sales and sales volume amounted to $590,000. In 2025, participants' startups generated sales of 153 million tenge, with two teams
A joint program by Astana Hub and Google for Startups, designed for teams at the Product-Market Fit and Scale stages. The duration is 12 weeks. Participants receive support from individual trackers, up to $100,000 in Google Cloud resources, and teams coming from other cities are provided with free housing and office space in Almaty.
A venture studio connecting founders, investors, and large corporations, with a primary focus on preparing startups for M&A deals. In August 2026, the company launched a new acceleration format centered around artificial intelligence: the core element of the program is the Rozie AI-tracker, which takes over a significant portion of the work typically performed by human trackers in classical accelerators. The format is designed to scale to venture funds and hubs in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, with the first pilot launch taking place in Uzbekistan. The program includes two tracks: vibe-coding, which teaches how to build codeless prototypes using Claude, Lovable, and Vercel, and prompt engineering for founders.
MOST Business Intelligence
The first business incubator in Central Asia, started in 2011 as a young entrepreneurs' club in Almaty. Its flagship program is the Investment Readiness Accelerator, abbreviated as IRA: a 12-week acceleration program for Pre-Seed and Seed stage teams, focused on preparing them to raise investment. In 2026, it will be conducted in Almaty, Tashkent, and Singapore. The organization's MOST AI Accelerator Fund has a volume of $10 million and issues checks of $200,000 for early-stage AI startups. Between 2022 and 2024, 427 projects passed through the programs, 16 startups went to export, and over $19 million in investments and grants were attracted to Almaty's private IT companies. Graduates include UvU Shuttle, EasyTap, Beksar, CodiPlay, and CTOGram.
Seed Money
A funding program within Astana Hub's Techpreneurs platform. Teams that pass the selection can receive up to 20 million tenge. This is not a grant but operates on a revenue share model: after completing the program, the company transfers an additional one percent of its revenue. Funding is provided from Astana Hub's own funds. Priority areas include Smart City, SpaceTech, Defense Tech, hardware, artificial intelligence, game development, and blockchain.
A five-week program jointly organized by Astana Hub, IT Park Uzbekistan, and Draper University in Silicon Valley. The focus is on founders targeting global markets; the training takes place on the basis of Draper University.
The center for innovation and startup activity at Nazarbayev University, offering the ABC Incubation program for early-stage projects, the ABC Quick Start acceleration, and Pre-Seed and Seed funding. A separate track is the Social Startup grant program of the NU Impact Foundation, the university's endowment fund.
