Zhaksylyk Matanov
Founder and Director of INTELLECT — an educational center and private school that develops IT education for children and teenagers. Zhaksylyk Matanov founded the educational center in 2016, and in 2021, he opened INTELLECT SCHOOL on its basis. Today, the school’s program includes programming and English language courses, and the INTELLECT network comprises more than 20 educational centers in Kyrgyzstan and abroad.
Erkhan Adaev
Co-founder and CEO of AI Academy — an educational platform specializing in artificial intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning. AI Academy focuses on practical training and preparing specialists who can apply AI and analytical tools in real-world tasks. In 2026, the academy received the Best IT Education Project award at the KIT Awards. Among its initiatives are courses on Data Analytics and the AI Founders Sprint, during which participants create their own MVPs.
Dina Ruslan
Founder of Codify and one of the prominent figures in Kyrgyzstan’s IT education sector. She founded Codify in 2019 as an IT professions academy and later developed the project into an EdTech company. Zhiide Urkunbaeva

The school’s mission is to give children in Kyrgyzstan access to the same opportunities as their peers around the world: so that a child doesn’t just see a humanoid robot on TikTok but actually knows how it works and how to program it. Codify prepares not users of AI, but its creators — children who know how to apply AI to solve real-world problems.

Current areas of focus at Attractor include Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, QA, and AI Engineering.
Esen Sagynov
