Now, expectant mothers can submit an application and receive maternity and pregnancy benefits directly in the Kaspi.kz mobile app via the "State Services" service. Previously, this required a trip to a one-stop shop (COS), bringing documents, and waiting in line. In Kaspi.kz, you can already obtain a birth certificate, receive child birth allowances, care allowances for children up to one and a half years old, and benefits for large families.

E-Notary
The Ministry of Justice, together with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, is launching the digital platform E-Notary. It will record every action of a notary, and for the first time, biometric identification of notaries and citizens will be provided. Citizens will be able to open a personal account through which they can track all notarial actions performed with their participation and file objections against illegal actions by notaries. The platform will also be equipped with artificial intelligence elements for document analysis and risk identification—the final decision remains with the notary. Scaling the system across the entire country is planned by the end of the current year.

SİMA İmza Update
The process of concluding contracts for the Education Student Loan Fund has been moved to the SİMA İmza digital signature. The student registers on the e-ttkf.edu.az website, after which the bank sends a link to sign the contract to the phone number specified during registration. The system redirects the user to the SİMA İmza application, where biometric technology confirms the identity, and the contract is signed. Starting this year, online signing of TTCK student loan contracts is conducted only through SİMA İmza.
