Astana Hub Edu — Kazakhstan

An educational platform of the Astana Hub technopark. Within its framework, the course "Fundamentals of AI: ChatGPT" operates — four modules and 51 video lessons in Kazakh and Russian, created in collaboration with Skillbox and Lerna as part of the AI Movement initiative. It is suitable for beginners with no IT experience, and access to materials is retained forever.

Tech Orda — Kazakhstan

The most mass state program in the region: citizens of Kazakhstan aged 18 to 45 are granted a state grant to partially or fully cover their tuition at one of the accredited IT schools.

Starting in 2026, the program will be supervised by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The course "Neural Networks: A Practical Course" is one of the most popular courses in the region. Over three months, students learn about the top 20 neural networks: from image generation to data analysis, with practice on real-world cases. A certificate is issued. GeekBrains — Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan

One of the few schools represented in three countries in the region. The "AI Specialist" course covers practice in machine and deep learning, creating and training neural networks, developing algorithms, and assistance with employment.

The largest marketplace of educational courses in the region: it aggregates AI programs from Skillbox, GeekBrains, SkillFactory, and other schools — convenient for comparing courses by price and format.

AI Study — Uzbekistan

One of the most prominent local platforms in Uzbekistan: free courses on generative AI and prompt engineering for everyone. On a separate portal, omp.aistudy.uz, official registration takes place for the state program "Five Million AI Leaders" — with a state-issued certificate. The program was launched in November 2025 in collaboration with the UAE, with the international name — Five Million Uzbek AI Prompters.

An international platform with intensive live courses for IT professionals, available online to residents of the entire region. "Artificial Intelligence for IT Professionals" is a one-day course with an international certificate; there is also a more in-depth multi-day AI program focused on practice.
