Timur Devlikamov
CIO/CTO with over 23 years of experience in telecom and IT, specializing in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and scaling high-load platforms. He currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Tele2 Kazakhstan, having previously been CTO of IZI app and MTS Digital.
