We have gathered CTOs from Armenia who are today shaping the development of the country’s technology industry and implementing projects with global ambitions.

Artavazd Mehrabyan
Co-founder and CTO of Picsart — one of the largest AI platforms for creating and editing visual content with Armenian roots. He leads the company’s technology strategy, research, and development, overseeing infrastructure scaling, artificial intelligence implementation, and engineering team growth.

Tigran Makichyan
CTO of Colibri Ecosystem, an Armenian company, with over 10 years of experience in developing high-load FinTech and trading platforms. He leads the technical architecture of a multi-exchange trading ecosystem that combines a professional trading terminal with a brokerage platform. Previously, he held senior technical roles at Melon, Converse Bank, Digitain, and Golden SB Tech Group.

Artur Arutyunyan
An engineering leader and technical architect from Armenia with over 10 years of experience in developing scalable backend systems and AI solutions. Currently, he heads the architecture division at SoftConstruct, where he is responsible for creating AI agents, automating business processes, and developing corporate platforms.

Armenak Mayalyan
CTO and co-founder of Reflexivity, an AI-FinTech company that develops AI-based infrastructure for investment analytics. He leads the company’s technology strategy, AI platform development, and engineering team, creating solutions for financial market analysis using knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and corporate AI integrations.

Gevorg Nazaryan
CTO and co-founder of the Armenian AI startup Docus, which develops a digital healthcare platform using artificial intelligence. He is responsible for technology and product development, combining AI with the expertise of over 350 physicians from the US and Europe to assist patients and medical professionals. In addition to Docus, he consults for 10Web.io on SEO and product development, and actively shares insights in his publications on the application of AI in medicine, product development, search engine optimization, and emerging technologies.

Khachik Shahzadyan
CTO of the startup ArchiWise AI, which develops an AI platform for developers and automates land plot analysis using geospatial data. He has over 10 years of experience in software development and system architecture, previously holding engineering and architectural roles at Teramind, ShiroiLabs, and ELSE Team. He is also the founder of VOIDe LLC and leads the social project VOIDeDub, which translates scientific and educational materials into Armenian.

Mushegh Mavisakalyan
Co-founder and CTO of the Armenian IT company Codeex, specializing in developing solutions in blockchain, metaverse, NFT, cryptocurrency, FinTech, and communication platforms. He has over 18 years of experience in software development and is also the founder of InnoRise and CTO of the startup Vone.
