A Kazakhstani entrepreneur launched a self-learning AI sales manager called Soldee
Kazakhstani entrepreneur Serik Shmanov, with 11 years of experience in sales and working with over 200 companies, presented Soldee — an AI sales manager that independently learns from real team dialogues.
Soldee is not just a chatbot. It analyzes manager correspondence, identifies successful and unsuccessful communication scenarios, and adapts its responses to specific businesses. The service takes over initial customer communication: responds instantly, works around the clock, qualifies leads, and transfers complex questions to live managers with ready-made context and hints.

We are not trying to create a universal robot for all occasions. Soldee becomes like the best salesperson in the company. If it encounters a question it doesn't know how to answer, it writes to the manager in the internal chat: "Listen, here's the situation, how should I respond?" It gets the answer and remembers it forever. In a month or two, it already knows how to handle 90% of typical cases.
Based on the results of the first pilots:
— up to 100% of incoming messages are processed
— conversion to sales increases by 20-40%
— managers are freed from routine work and train newcomers faster.
Soldee is especially effective in companies with a high volume of leads: clinics, fitness centers, children's centers, online schools, and B2B service companies with long sales cycles.
The team is already working on new features: voice communication, deep self-learning, and integrations with any CRM. Expansion into the CIS and Central Asian markets is planned within the next one to two years.
