The international acceleration program Central Eurasia Market Entry 2026, or CEME, has launched in Almaty. It is organized by Astana Hub with the support of the Almaty city administration. Over 12 weeks, technology companies from various countries will search for clients and partners in Kazakhstan, adapt their products to the local market, and prepare initial pilot projects.
Companies from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan are participating in the program. Key areas include artificial intelligence, business process automation, FinTech, healthcare, voice technologies, and urban infrastructure.
Over the course of 12 weeks, teams will work in Almaty with trackers and international experts, study the local market, meet with potential clients, and adapt their products to address specific business needs.
For Kazakhstani companies, the program also creates an opportunity to test foreign technological solutions and find potential partners. Local startups, in turn, gain access to international contacts and new markets.
From AI Agents to Traffic Management
CEME is designed for companies that have already passed the product creation stage. Participants are at the Product-Market Fit and Scaling stages — they have working solutions, clients, and sales. Now, they are considering Kazakhstan as the next market for scaling.
Among the participants are several companies using AI to automate business processes.
Voicer, Russia is developing voice technologies for business. The company’s solutions enable automation of customer communication through voice interfaces and AI — from handling inquiries to executing routine voice processes.
Sensei, Russia creates an AI tool for automating workflows. The company positions its product as a digital assistant that operates directly within business processes.
Alakris, Russia is developing an AI platform for creating virtual assistants. These can be used in sales, marketing, information analysis, and content preparation.
CENTURY, Belarus / Russia offers a corporate no-code platform for creating AI agents, or “digital employees.” Companies can use them for sales, technical support, recruiting, and other tasks without the need for programming. At the same time, data and workflows remain under the organization’s control.
A separate track of the program focuses on applying technologies to urban infrastructure.
QVET AI, Georgia is developing an intelligent traffic management system using smart radars and computer vision. The platform analyzes traffic flows in real time and helps optimize movement.
Park Hub Almaty, Azerbaijan is developing a digital solution for parking infrastructure. The team has already tested their approach in Baku and is now considering Almaty as the next market.
FinTech, Healthcare, and Digital Services
The program also includes companies from the financial and healthcare sectors.
Onbir, Kyrgyzstan operates in the field of international B2B payments. The platform uses USDC and blockchain infrastructure for cross-border transfers, allowing businesses to send funds between countries faster and cheaper than traditional bank transfers. Meanwhile, the recipient receives money in local fiat currency.
Solomon, Tajikistan is developing a solution for detecting suspicious financial transactions and preventing money laundering. The product helps banks and other financial institutions verify clients, analyze transactions, and identify potential financial risks.
In healthcare, tomo24 from Tajikistan is represented — a digital service that combines various user services on a single technological platform.
At the end of the program, some companies may continue their operations in Kazakhstan, open local offices, attract investments, or launch joint projects with local businesses.
