Freedom launches an AI assistant within its ecosystem
In the Freedom ecosystem, the development of the super app continues: as of today, more than 18 services are already operational within it, and the next step will be the launch of its own AI assistant, said Vyacheslav Kim, CEO of Freedom SuperApp.

Ecosystem and Scale
Freedom is a large platform with more than five million customers. Within the super app, more than 18 services are already operational, and they continue to develop actively.
One of the new directions is Freedom Media — a streaming platform and online cinema featuring original and foreign content. Among its partners are major studios, including Warner and Disney, with approximately 10 licenses.
In just a few months, the service attracted around 500,000 users. This confirms that if a product addresses a daily need and does so with high quality, it quickly finds its audience within the ecosystem.
Kazakhstani content is also represented in Freedom Media and within the super app, which enhances both user engagement and the attraction of new customers.
Startup Integration and Partnership Model
Startups within the ecosystem are transitioning into a new category of companies — larger entities capable of partnering with major players. However, such integration remains a complex process.
Currently, there is active development in integrating various companies into the super app, not only through acquisitions but also via partnership models.
Different services address different scenarios:
Arbuz handles everyday grocery shopping, travel services manage trips and mobility, and Ticketon covers entertainment, events, and leisure.
Dozens of companies operate within the ecosystem, all possessing a high level of expertise. This creates opportunities for collaboration with entrepreneurs who continue to develop their products.
The platform acts as an orchestrator, helping partners better understand their customers and scale their operations.
AI Assistant as the Next Level of Ecosystem Development
The next step in development is the creation of a full-fledged digital assistant for the ecosystem.
This refers not merely to a consultant, but to a system integrated across all services — from food delivery to banking operations and other daily scenarios.
The task of such an assistant is not only to provide advice but also to perform actions on behalf of the user, simplifying interaction with the ecosystem.
The launch is expected by the end of the year. Similar solutions have already been tested within Freedom Business, and the direction will continue to develop.
